The figure below provides an overview of the stages in a project and the responsibilities of the parties involved. For some components, timescales may depend on third parties, such as card manufacturers, issuers and schemes

The above figure shows the main parties involves at each stage: Issuer, Thredd, Program Manager and Card Manufacturer.

• Step 1: Scope Project and Step 2: Confirm Business Requirements are pre-requisites before you can start integrating.
